NSP was built on years of working inside SAP — not alongside it. That direct experience, and the relationships it created, is what we bring to every project.
NSP was founded in 2011 on the back of my experience and direct employment at SAP SE in Walldorf, Germany. More than 7 years working in SAP CRM — Centre of Excellence for the EMEA region — I had the opportunity to develop my functional and technical skills as an SAP CRM Solution Architect, taking part in many international implementations for some of the world's largest companies.
Over time I moved into senior leadership roles, eventually managing the SAP CRM business across Central and Eastern Europe. That experience gave me not only a management perspective, but also the opportunity to build close relationships with the SAP SE leadership team.
I founded Nearshore Services Poland as a dedicated SAP nearshore consultancy, in direct response to the growing demand for that type of service in the DACH region. More than 15 years on, we continue — together with our SAP colleagues and the NSP team — and the collaboration is more fruitful than ever on both sides."

SAP CRM Solution Architect — SAP SE, Walldorf
Joined SAP SE at its global headquarters in Walldorf, Germany, as part of the SAP CRM Centre of Excellence for the EMEA region. More than 7 years in SAP CRM, participated in international implementations for the world's largest enterprises — developing deep functional and technical expertise in the process.
2008
CRM Consulting Manager — Central & Eastern Europe
Progressed to lead the SAP CRM business across Central and Eastern Europe — covering Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Beyond the management responsibility, the role provided direct access to SAP SE's executive leadership and the close relationships that continue to define how NSP operates today.

Founding Nearshore Services Poland
NSP was established as a dedicated SAP nearshore consultancy, responding directly to growing demand in the DACH market. Founded on the expertise and relationships built inside SAP SE — not as a pivot, but as a purpose-built practice from the very first day.

15 years on — together with the same SAP colleagues
NSP continues alongside the same network of SAP colleagues built over more than a decade. The collaboration — on both sides — is more fruitful than ever.

I have over 13 years of experience in IT. Leading our modern technology practice, focusing on CAP, BTP, Commerce, AI, and CRM as Co-CTO of NSP.

I have extensive experience in the SAP ecosystem. Leading our core business systems, including S/4HANA, ERP, BW, and Big Query as Co-CTO of Nearshore Services Poland.

I have over 10 years of experience in human resources. Leading our talent acquisition, organizational culture, and people strategy as HR Business Partner at Nearshore Services Poland.
