our story

Founded on firsthand SAP experience.

NSP was built on years of working inside SAP — not alongside it. That direct experience, and the relationships it created, is what we bring to every project.

NSP was founded in 2011 on the back of my experience and direct employment at SAP SE in Walldorf, Germany. More than 7 years working in SAP CRM — Centre of Excellence for the EMEA region — I had the opportunity to develop my functional and technical skills as an SAP CRM Solution Architect, taking part in many international implementations for some of the world's largest companies.

Over time I moved into senior leadership roles, eventually managing the SAP CRM business across Central and Eastern Europe. That experience gave me not only a management perspective, but also the opportunity to build close relationships with the SAP SE leadership team.

I founded Nearshore Services Poland as a dedicated SAP nearshore consultancy, in direct response to the growing demand for that type of service in the DACH region. More than 15 years on, we continue — together with our SAP colleagues and the NSP team — and the collaboration is more fruitful than ever on both sides."
